CASA of Westmoreland, Inc is very excited to announce our 2nd Annual CASA Bookmark Contest for children in Grades 1- 5 across our county. Last year’s contest showcased the many talented youth we have within our county and we hope to do that again! Download the entry form and send us your bookmark!
